The staff were incredibly amazing and made our family feel right at home during our 4-night stay. We loved the beautiful pool view from our Standard Family Room, and the cleanliness was top-notch. My kids spent hours enjoying the pools and the daily variety at the buffet was a hit, keeping us all excited for meal times. I truly appreciated the hospitality from Mrs Nermine and Mr Ahmed Mohamed who made sure we had everything we needed.

The water park is fantastic for kids and there are plenty of activities like diving and snorkeling. Long distance to the beach is disappointing, though. Room cleanliness varies, some areas need better upkeep. The entertainment staff keep things lively and engaging throughout the day.

We had a fantastic time during our 7-night stay! The heated pools were perfect, especially for my little one, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room had a lovely view and direct access to the pool, which was a huge hit with the kids. The variety of dining options was impressive, with a nice assortment that kept even our picky eaters happy. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to update some of the room furnishings to match the overall quality of the experience.
